About the Author

Eleanor Haack-Finney is a graduate of Liberty Univeristy, Board Certified Pastoral Counselor, Certified Master Christian Life Coach, Board Certified Master Mental Health Coach, and Certified Human Flourishing Coach. For over a decade, she has walked alongside women, military families, blended families, and couples navigating crisis, trauma, burnout, and life transitions.

She is the creator of the ROOTED Method and the founder of Defenders of Resilience Military Ministry, a nonprofit dedicated to strengthening and supporting military families.

Through her counseling, coaching, writing, and speaking, Eleanor helps people rediscover identity, healing, and purpose—even in life's most difficult seasons.
