Always Ready: An In-Person Book Signing with Author Sean Brandes

The story of Always Ready belongs to Augusta. It was built on these fields, in these hallways, and by these young women who refused to let a winless season be their final word.

 

Now that story is a book, and we're bringing it home.

 

Join us on Saturday, August 29th at Aquinas High School to celebrate. Sean Brandes will be signing copies. Fellow coaches Melissa Minton, Riley Washington, and Dre Jarvis will be there too, bringing the whole staff back together. 

 

Come say hello, get a signed copy of the book, and swap stories about a run from zero wins to back-to-back state championships. 

 

Whether you were there for the first whistle, found the story later on, or just believe that where you start has very little bearing on where you finish, this afternoon is for you.
